Set up

  1. 1Stand on a low step or box.

Do this

  • Step off and land on flat feet
  • Land firmly but absorb through the hips and knees
  • Land tall — keep the spine neutral, don't fold forward

Avoid this

  • Landing stiff-legged
  • Collapsing the chest forward

Safety

The firm landing is intentional and bone-positive, but it is high impact — Peak track only, and never with a vertebral fracture history or acute pain. Land tall.
