Research informs the plan. Your circumstances shape it.
Bone Fit: individual guidance

The original trial studied selected postmenopausal women over eight months. Twice-weekly supervised resistance and impact training improved group-average spine bone density and physical function. It did not test this app or establish the safety of unsupervised high-intensity training.
Read the original trialHigher-intensity training requires individual assessment and direct qualified supervision. A questionnaire or camera score cannot provide clinical clearance.
