Choosing your support

Which bone-health exercise program fits you?

Start with the experience you want: a guided home routine, someone directly supervising heavier lifting, or individual clinical care. Compare how each option works, who supports you and what you are making time for.

Prepared by Bone Builder from the providers’ linked public descriptions, checked October 8, 2026. Offers and eligibility can change; confirm final details with the provider. This compares services, not a head-to-head clinical trial.

What would help you move forward?

  • A repeatable routine at home: explore the recorded sessions, equipment options and progress tools in an app.
  • Directly supervised heavier training: ask a qualified provider about assessment, technique practice and supervision for resistance and impact work.
  • Individual help with symptoms or restrictions: an appointment lets a clinician evaluate your needs and adapt the plan.

Hinge Health’s published experience (opens in a new tab)

Use the evidence to ask better questions.

LIFTMOR studied supervised resistance and impact training over eight months in 101 postmenopausal women with low bone mass. Bone Fit is training for professionals in adapting osteoporosis exercise. These explain useful principles; each service should describe its own dose, assessment and supervision.

Osteo-Gains describes a different jumping approach and cites research in premenopausal women. Hinge Health’s advertised care covers several musculoskeletal concerns. A study in one population or program cannot establish the results of another service.

Questions before choosing

Which osteoporosis exercise program should I choose?

Start with the support you need: a guided home routine, individual clinical care or directly supervised heavier training. Compare assessment, exercise format, progression, equipment, contact options and total cost. Your fracture history, current ability and preferred routine help shape that choice.

Are these programs the same as the LIFTMOR study?

LIFTMOR was an eight-month supervised research trial in selected postmenopausal women with low bone mass. Programs that reference it can differ in exercise dose, participants and supervision. The trial’s results are not measured Bone Builder outcomes. Ask each provider how its own service uses the evidence.

Does Bone Builder include individual physical therapy?

Membership includes guided exercise, saved workout records, program questions in Care and optional weekly member check-ins. Individual physical therapy, clinical clearance and direct supervision for Peak are arranged separately.

Can I start learning before choosing a membership?

Yes. Bone Builder’s five-part Start Here series, research and nutrition guides, calculator, worksheets and exercise library are free. The program preview needs no account or card. You can explore these before deciding whether membership fits you.
