After 12 months, if your clinician-recommended follow-up DXA does not confirm meaningful improvement, request a refund between months 12 and 24 after your first payment. Mixed or inconclusive results—and no valid comparison or a clinician-advised later scan—are covered, without another scan.
Covered monthly and annual payments made before the request within that period, or the full Lifetime payment, include taxes with no processing-fee deduction. No workout quota or extra scan. Medical pauses and cancellation do not remove the promise. This is a fee-refund promise; individual outcomes vary and app effectiveness has not been established.

Introductory trials are available once per eligible account on monthly or annual plans. Returning accounts that used a trial pay the displayed plan price. Stripe shows your actual trial dates, payment amount and renewal terms before you confirm.
Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. Manage billing through Account and complete cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. Paid-through access continues until the confirmed end date; lifetime access has no renewal.
Membership is self-guided app access. Individual PT, live supervision and guaranteed clinical replies are not included. Saved check-ins are not monitored and do not alert a clinician.
